  Actually all of the things are parts of the brain, and much more besides! Capillaries deliver blood to all of the parts of the brain, like the cerebellum, and the neurons and glial cells make up the cells in the brain, the neurons are what help us think and the glial cells take care of the neurons by cleaning them and feeding them.
