      Hi Katie

Usually we get cramp because of deficits in critical nutrients or vitamins, especially things like magnesium and sodium. I once had cramps during the night in my leg for a little while, and i couldn’t work out what the problem was but it was pretty painful! A friend of mine suggested I need more salt, I ate some more vegetables and fruits with these nutrients in, like bananas and tomatoes, and I was fine!
