      Hi ronnie

This is a natural part of human living and the digestive system is responsible for dealing with waste. Our brains have some control of this process, but they do so automatically without our intentional thought having to be involved. Our bodies need energy to survive, as do our brains, we consume food but we cannot process and use all of the parts of the foods we eat, so we have to get rid of the waste somehow.

Interestingly scientists recently discovered that the gut seems to have its own little ‘brain’ of sorts, that organises its processes: http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg21628951.900-gut-instincts-the-secrets-of-your-second-brain.html
