Gosh that’s a broad question! It would depend on the illness, generally people get colds and flu from being around people with the illness and also having a low immune system, this can be from being tired and run down meaning that our body can’t defend itself. Other illnesses are genetic so these are passed on from our parents.
That is a broad question indeed! Many many things can cause us to get ill, although a great deal of bacteria lives in our body it’s mostly good, but bad bacteria and viruses can make us very sick. We’re good at protecting ourselves or curing ourselves now, but otherwise as we age we tend to get sicker since the immune system is less efficient, and eventually we must all die, it’s the nature of human bodies sadly.
