Typically, up at 6.30 for the gym, into work for around half 8, read for most of the morning, then after lunch I’ll either go to the lab or have meetings/teaching planned (or go for a cycle if it’s nice). Then in the evening either training (more cycling) or just relaxing with some mates.
My daily routine tends to include some time at my office desk, reading and writing lectures and answering emails (which are usually from other researchers that I work with). I also spend time in my laboratories testing people in my experiments, and also teaching and meeting students. I’m not going to lie I love to sleep! So I sometimes don’t get in until 9 or 10, and then I work through the day until 5 or 6!
