  The robots that I’m currently looking at working with aren’t humanoid robots, so are unlikely to speak at all (although we can synthesise sounds through them, so it’s not impossible!). We are mainly looking at how large groups of robots can collectively make decisions and react to environmental cues, rather than constructing robots that can directly interact with humans.
